This is the view on the walking trails at the park I frequent regularly. I'm usually just listening to the birds and taking in all of the colors around me. Sometimes my mind drifts off and I start daydreaming. I used a small paint roller for the majority of this painting and did final touches with a brush.

Welcome and thank you for visiting my online gallery! My work is a celebration of my sense of adventure and deep connection I feel with nature. I grew up in the desert region of Texas and have so many fond memories of family vacations to the surrounding attractions including some in New Mexico and Arizona. That might explain why southwestern landscapes are my favorite! I work in acrylics with a combination of brush and knife applications, gravitating towards realism with a focus on color. However, I also like to experiment with a variety of techiniques and styles including semi-abstracts.
