Mother nature is the best decorator as aspen trees perfectly frame the mountain lake view and autumn foliage. Also known as quaking aspens or trembling aspens because the leaves tremble in the wind. They grow in dense pure stands and create golden vistas when their leaves change color in the fall.
About Roseanne Schellenberger
Welcome and thank you for visiting my online gallery! My work is a celebration of my sense of adventure and deep connection I feel with nature. I grew up in the desert region of Texas and have so many fond memories of family vacations to the surrounding attractions including some in New Mexico and Arizona. That might explain why southwestern landscapes are my favorite! I work in acrylics with a combination of brush and knife applications, gravitating towards realism with a focus on color. However, I also like to experiment with a variety of techiniques and styles including semi-abstracts.
